- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Nhan Ho, dental office in Pulaski, NY, did a crown for my October 2014. I was required to pay $594 or half up front. My insurance carrier, POMCO, paid all but $95. After repeated visits and phone calls to his office giving him all the documentation (POMCO statements, copies of my cancelled checks) asking for a refund of my money, Dr. Ho has refused to give me my refund as of July 1 2015. This is after I took him to small claims court. I have never received any correspondence from his office in the form of a statement, letter, phone call.
